the backbone of Hyundai Engineering & Construction’s offense and defense,

is expected to play full-time starting from the home game against Cheongkwanjang to be held on the 2nd of next month.

Hyundai Engineering & Construction coach Kang Seong-hyung said,

“Wipawi’s physical condition has improved a lot,”

ahead of the 2023-2024 professional volleyball women’s home game against GS Caltex held at Suwon Gymnasium on the 28th.

“We considered starting today as well, but Go Ye-rim has shown good form recently.” 파워볼사이트

“I am considering playing as a substitute in the middle of the game,” he said.

He continued, “I will be able to play full-time in the next game,” and added,

“I think it will be a great help to the team’s strength.”

Wipawi recently complained of shoulder pain and missed three consecutive games,

starting with the Heungkuk Life Insurance game on the 12th.

During this period, Hyundai Engineering & Construction struggled.

After losing 0-3 to Heungkuk Life Insurance,

they barely won in a close 5-set match against Korea Expressway Corporation and IBK Industrial Bank of Korea.

Coach Cha Sang-hyun of GS Caltex, which is competing against Hyundai Engineering & Construction, expressed his will to win.

Coach Cha said, “Setter Ahn Hye-jin, who returned after shoulder surgery,

expressed her will to return in a difficult situation and is leading the team well despite being in poor physical condition recently,” and added,

“New Asian quarter player Darin Pinsu-wan (registered name Darin) also has a good sense of the game.”

“This is good,” he said.

He continued, “We succeeded in turning the atmosphere around by reviving our poor defense and toss,” and added, “We will definitely win today’s game as well.”

4th place GS Caltex is behind 3rd place CheongKwanJang by 8 points.

The semi-playoff, where 3rd and 4th place compete,

takes place when the point difference between the two teams is 3 or less.

If GS Caltex loses today, its chances of advancing to spring volleyball will be slim.
