The first men’s soccer game today
The North Korean national soccer team appeared at a hotel in Jinhua, China. The hotel is used as accommodation by national soccer team players from each country.
It is the first time in more than five years that North Korea has participated in an international sports competition since the Jakarta Asian Games in Indonesia in August 2018. North Korea will play the first Group F match against Taiwan at the Jinhua Yunzhou Sports Center on the 19th.
Meanwhile, according to the Hangzhou Games Organizing Committee, North Korea dispatched 191 athletes to 18 sports such as soccer, track and field, wrestling, weightlifting, shooting, boxing, and swimming.
