New concept soccer festival will be held…’Football Festa’ opens on the 9th in Yeongdeok, Gyeongsangbuk-do

The first ever “Football Festa” will be held in Yeongdeok-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do. Beyond general soccer competitions, it is a “new concept soccer festival” where players, parents, and local residents participate and enjoy together.

Best Eleven, a 53-year-old soccer magazine, announced that it will hold a “Football Festa” with Yeongdeok-gun and Yeongdeok-gun Football Association in Gyeongsangbuk-do from the 9th.

The first festival is an advanced soccer experience event in agricultural and fishing villages organized by the Korea Football Association and will be held at Changpo Sunrise Stadium on the 9th and 10th.

This festival is an event that provides a total of three opportunities for systematic advanced soccer learning for 150 children and teenagers in Yeongdeok-gun through full-time leaders and professional soccer instructors of the Korea Football Association.

The final five outstanding players will also be selected and given a chance to experience advanced overseas soccer at Germany’s prestigious Bayern Munich club, where Kim Min-jae, a national football defender, recently joined.

The second Festa is a football Festa tournament that will be held at Kangdaegee Stadium and Gunmin Stadium for five days from the 10th. Youth players from all over the country gather to kick the ball as much as they want, and learn the spirit of sports and respect for each other through competition in good faith rather than winning or losing.

Two matches, U-10 (under 4th grade in elementary school) and U-12 (under 6th grade in elementary school), will be broadcast on Pohang MBC. In addition, families who visit Yeongdeok with the players are expected to have an opportunity to enjoy summer vacation here and make good memories. 토토

The last third Festa will be held during the A match in September. Football Festa with soccer legends will be held at the county-gun stadium along with Football Love Sharing FC, which consists of national team legends in 1986, 1990, 1994, and 1998.

Legendary Korean soccer players will play charity games with soccer lovers in Yeongdeok, and they will also have a meaningful time with Yeongdeok-gun residents, including signing events and youth soccer clinics. Donations raised through charity games will be donated to children, teenagers and local residents in Yeongdeok-gun.

The organizer said, “This Football Festa is expected to not only play a leading role in expanding and revitalizing the base of promising soccer, but also enjoy the effects of local sports economy and promotion, as well as tourism, history, culture and leisure industries.”
