A ‘festival’ for a happy world for children, men and women of all ages and stars enjoyed it.

The “18th Edaily Green Ribbon Hope Festival” held at Peace Plaza in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, ended successfully on the 28th. It was a festival enjoyed by everyone, including participants in the 5km and 10km marathon and celebrities who shone in their seats.

Above all, it was even more meaningful for the children to be together. The Green Ribbon Hope Festival is a festival aimed at creating a happy world for children by promoting children’s welfare and preventing children’s crimes. Children who came holding their parents’ hands participated in the marathon with tightening their sneakers.

As the children are the main characters of this festival, the peace square where the event was held did not stop “cracking.” Even before the competition, I could see children playing with their friends and brothers. The event was held in the cool weather after the heat wave, so smiles naturally spread on the participants’ faces.

Celebrities were more than just showing off their performance. After shooting a movie for five consecutive days, actor Lim Si-wan stood up with red eyes, giving high-fives to each marathon runner to encourage them. As a member of the crew, he often runs on his own after sending his participants.

In the meaningful competition, Kim Chang-guk (47, 36:43.43), ranked first in the men’s 10km marathon, and Kang Min-ji (16:46:11.42), ranked first in the women’s category.

“I feel good because it’s my first time to win first place,” Kim Chang-guk said. “I’m a defending champion, so of course I’ll participate next year.” Kang Min-ji, a high school short track athlete, enjoyed the joy of winning the championship after following his seniors from the same team. “It’s my first time to run to an event like this after working out all the time, but it felt new and the atmosphere was different,” he said with a smile. “I want to come as a medalist guest next year, not as a participant.”

Yoo Chang-hyun (34, 41:10.18) and Ko Eun-jin (34, 48:36) who ranked second in men’s and women’s respective competitions were motivated by the festival. Yoo said, “I felt that I lacked a lot because I didn’t see anyone who won the first place after the halfway point. I want to compete in this competition next year. It gives me motivation. I will train hard.” Ko said, “Since I am the second-ranked player this year, I want to win the first place next year. However, shortening my personal record is my top priority.”

“Green Ribbon” means commemorating Christine French, who was killed after kidnapping in Canada, commemorating the soul of a missing child who was killed by her family and neighbors and wishing for the safe return of a missing child who has not yet returned.

In addition to this meaning, the “E-Daily Green Ribbon Hope Festival” was designed to form a social consensus on eradicating child abuse and child crime.메이저놀이터

  1. Keep up the fantastic work!
