Tottenham finalizes deal to sign Yang Min-hyuk, ’06
Yang Min-hyuk’s potential move to Tottenham Hotspur has been raised again.
Fabrizio Romano, a journalist familiar with European soccer news, wrote on his personal social media channel on Thursday (June 24), “Tottenham are finalizing a deal to sign 2006-born winger Yang Min-hyuk from Gangwon FC. The agreement has been finalized and will be followed by a medical,” the report said.
Yang, known as the “high winger,” made his professional debut this season. He impressed head coach Yoon Jeong-hwan during winter training and was immediately given the opportunity to start the opening match. He didn’t miss his chance. He scored his debut goal against Gwangju FC in the second round of the K-League and began to make a name for himself.
He is considered one of the main players in Gangwon’s breakout season.
