As Lee Won-seok, the son of Lee Chang-soo, meeting with basketball seemed inevitable, but it was not. According to Lee Won-seok’s story, when he was young, he was so careless that he did not think of exercising.

“It was June 11, 2011. I went to Everland with my schoolmates and I started playing basketball after that. Originally, my parents said that they would never let me play basketball. Currently, Lee stands at more than two meters tall. However, he was not exceptionally tall when he started playing basketball. After going through stormy growth in his middle school years, Lee has gradually gained extraordinary stature.

“Before that, I was never particularly tall. I was about 173 cm when I went to middle school, but by the time I was in second grade, I grew to 180 cm. Then by the time I graduated, I was 197 cm tall.”

“When I was a junior in middle school, I went to Ulsan for a field training, and I once played against Hwabong Middle School where (Moon) Jung-hyun was.
