Casino & Hotel Philadelphia’s operator, Stadium Casino RE LLC, has approved a consent agreement to fine $10,000.
The Commission has also taken measures to ban eight adults from all casinos in the Commonwealth for neglecting a total of 16 children to gamble.
The approved consent agreement is the result of negotiations between the Executive Counseling Office (OEC) and Stadium Casino RE, LLC, the first agreement between the OEC and this operator since the opening of the casino in January 2021.
In the first case, a woman entered a number of “back doors” in casinos and hotels and stole their belongings. In the second case, three casino customers were allowed access to the casino floor by entering an unsecured restricted area, after security had previously been denied access to the casino.
A copy of the approved consent agreement will be provided upon request through the communications office of the Pennsylvania Game Control Board.
The committee’s action on adults who choose to enter casinos while leaving their children unattended serves as a reminder that adults are prohibited from leaving minors in parking lots, garages, hotels, or other places in casinos because it creates potentially unsafe and dangerous conditions for children. Leaving minors in Pennsylvania casinos is not only excluded from all Pennsylvania casinos, but also subject to criminal prosecution of perpetrators.파워볼사이트
